GLB world war 2



World War 2 was fought between two groups of countries. On one side were the Axis Powers, including Germany, Italy and Japan. On the other side were the Allies. They included Britain, France, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, India, the Soviet Union, China and the United States of America.

World war two started on September 1 1939 and ends on September 1945 about 27,000 on each day there was 102 countries in world war 2 

Mass atrocities are large scale and deliberate attacks on civilians. These attacks include but are not limited to genocide crimes against humanity and many war crimes, all of which are defined under international law.

War crimes War crimes are defined in the statute that established the International Criminal Court, which includes: Grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions, such as killing, or causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health. Torture or inhuman treatment.

Genocide the deliberate killing of a large group of people, especially those of a particular nation or ethnic group.

There are little different because it's over little things and people are still dying because of the wars there's not a lot of different like right now there are conflicts happening all over the world it's not as different from world war 2

Crimes against humanity as various inhumane acts, i.e., "murder, extermination, torture, enslavement.

  • New Zealand wars.
  • Second Boer War 1899–1902.
  • First World War 1914–1918.
  • Second World War 1939–1945.
  • Compulsory Military Training 1949–1959, 1962–1972.
  • Malaysia 1949–1966.
